1,000 students strike in Umeå
Students from 14 to 18 years old were part of a lively protest. In total eight different schools participated in the demonstration. Students marched from each school down to the centre of town, some walking for 7 km. There were speakers from each school, along with Ingrid Eriksson, one of the Rättvisepartiet Socialisterna members of the city council.
After the demo we went to a school nearby and had a meeting with around 250 students. 92 signed up to be active in "Students against war".
