Below is a short message from CWI comrades in Sindh on Sughran Khaskheli’s socialist revolutionary activities and legacy.

When our outstanding comrade Sughran Khaskheli said goodbye to our struggle on December 21st, it was a day of great sadness. A socialist humanitarian in nature and working class philanthropist in action, comrade Sughran Khaskheli left us while she was working to educate women in isolated parts of Sindh.
Since she joined the CWI in 2010, comrade Sughran Khaskheli had, at all times, fought for the rights of Sindh, and Pakistan’s workers, without regard to gender discrimination.
In addition to her many endeavours, comrade Sughran Khaskheli grew up in an economically and socially underdeveloped part of Sindh and yet she brought hundreds of women with her to the banners of CWI and Marxism.
Comrade Sughran Khaskheli taught and shared her understanding of Marxism with women and all her fellow comrades. Her whole life was a struggle for working class women.
We pay a tribute of red salute to Comrade Sughran Khaskheli’s honour!
